1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between 32win1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "Player") who registers an account, accesses the website at https://32win1.cam, or uses any service, product, or feature offered by 32win1.

32win1 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform. 2 Definitions

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.

• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your country or state before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of any such person connected to 32win1 or its partner companies.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme operated by 32win1 or any connected gambling operator at the time of registration or at any point thereafter.
• You must hold a valid payment account (bank account, e-wallet, or crypto wallet) in your own name for the purposes of depositing and withdrawing funds.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. 32win1 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by Users.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of our compliance obligations, 32win1 requires all Users to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawal requests. KYC documentation typically includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport.
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
• A selfie photograph taken while holding the submitted identity document.

32win1 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 32win1 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have previously notified 32win1 in writing of suspected unauthorised access.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

32win1 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), as well as cryptocurrency transfers (Bitcoin / BTC, Ethereum / ETH, and Tether / USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the point of transaction.

All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless a cryptocurrency equivalent is specified. 32win1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the deposit method must be registered in the same name as the 32win1 account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once the User's account is fully KYC-verified. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. 32win1 targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5–30 minutes of request confirmation. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business hours depending on the receiving institution.

32win1 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to approving any withdrawal. If a User is found to have active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met, the withdrawal request may be held pending fulfilment of those requirements.

5.3 Currency & Exchange

The platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. 32win1 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

6 Bonus & Promotions Terms

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, cashback awards, free bets, birthday bonuses, and referral incentives offered by 32win1 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount and any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are disclosed in the individual promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Eligibility

• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered members only, on their first qualifying deposit. One welcome bonus per person, per household, and per payment method.
• Ongoing promotions (reload bonuses, cashback, VIP rewards) are subject to individual eligibility criteria based on account tier and activity level.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to accounts that have completed KYC verification and have a verified date of birth on file. Birthday bonuses are awarded according to the User's active VIP tier as at the date of the birthday.
• Referral bonuses are credited upon successful verification that the referred individual is a new, unique registrant who has completed a qualifying deposit and met the minimum wagering threshold.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

32win1 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, hedging bets to reduce wagering requirement exposure with minimal risk, systematically exploiting promotional mechanics, or using unfair advantage tools. 32win1 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 32win1 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules govern settlement of bets in the event of postponements, abandonments, walkovers, disqualifications, and rule-4 deductions where applicable. Rules for specific markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and NBA — are published in the Sports Rules section of the platform.

Mix parlay bets require all selected legs to be settled as a win for the parlay to pay out. A single void or cancelled leg in a parlay will result in that leg being removed and the parlay recalculated at the remaining legs' combined odds.

7.2 Live Casino & Slot Games

All casino games on 32win1 — including live dealer games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo) and slot titles — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Game results are governed by the rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the game interface result and the 32win1 platform record, the platform record shall be the authoritative source.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual User's session.

7.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a verified technical fault affecting the outcome of a game or bet, 32win1 reserves the right to void and refund the affected wager. 32win1 is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the User's side, browser incompatibilities, or hardware failures. Where a partial game round is interrupted, 32win1 will endeavour to restore the game state or void the round at its sole discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users of 32win1 are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform under any identity, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other system to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.

9 Responsible Gambling

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.

11 Limitation of Liability

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a User and 32win1, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting the 32win1 support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate formal dispute resolution channels.

Transaction records, game logs, and support communications maintained by 32win1 shall serve as the primary authoritative record in any dispute and shall be accepted as accurate unless demonstrably proven otherwise.
